Warranty
The Holiday Group warrants to the original owner that its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specific period of time allotted to each individual brand name from the date of their original purchase.
If such a defect appears during the warranty period, upon presentation of proof of purchase, the Holiday Group will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product without charge within thirty days of receipt. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, loss of use or other consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons.
Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service department and that these returns should be sent to us prepaid. It is the owner's responsibility to file claims for damage caused by public transportation carriers directly with the carrier concerned.

Repair Centres
To repair your Holiday Group product, please contact an Authorized Repair Center listed below. The Authorized Repair Center will determine if the piece is repairable and under warranty.
The Authorized Repair Center will make the final determination on the status of the product with the possible following outcomes:

The product is repairable and covered under warranty
The product will be repaired at Holiday Group's expense and returned to you.

The product is not repairable and covered under warranty
The Authorized Repair Center will contact us and if the same product is in stock, we will send the replacement to the Repair Center.

The product is repairable and not covered under warranty
If it is determined that the product is repairable but is not covered under warranty, you may either have the product returned to you un-repaired, or have the product repaired at your own expense.

The product is not repairable and not covered under warranty
You can elect to have the Authorized Repair Center send the product back to you un-repaired, or you may ask the Authorized Repair Center to dispose of the product.
